All prices displayed on our marketplace are in euros (€) and include applicable taxes where required by law. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice, and the price charged will be the price in effect at the time your order is confirmed. A platform service fee and/or delivery fee may be added to your order total where applicable. Promotional discounts, loyalty rewards, and referral credits have no cash value, are non-transferable, and may be withdrawn or modified at our discretion. We reserve the right to limit quantities and to refuse to honour any pricing error or promotion abuse.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree that by purchasing from our shop you will not initiate, join, or support any legal proceedings, court action, or claim against us, our owners, employees, or partners arising from your use of our services or products — except where such exclusion is prohibited by mandatory consumer protection law. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant order.

However, we do not warrant that product information is always complete, current, or error-free. We reserve the right to correct errors and to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion, in which case any payment already made will be refunded in full.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, in whole or in part, at our sole discretion — including orders suspected of fraud, promotional abuse, or breach of these Terms. Where an order is cancelled by us, any payment taken will be refunded in full. You may cancel an order before it has been prepared or dispatched; once an age-restricted product has been collected or unsealed, cancellation rights may not apply.
All payments are processed securely through our payment provider. Refunds are handled in accordance with our refund policy and applicable consumer law. For age-restricted products, statutory cancellation rights may not apply once the product has been collected or unsealed. Refunds, where due, will be issued to the original payment method.
We process your personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Irish data protection law. Your information is used solely for order processing, delivery, and improving our services.
